On September 23, Apple will launch the Apple Store online in India, offering Apple’s full range of products for the first time and directly supporting customers across the world. The new online store will give consumers the same quality experience found around the world in Apple store locations, provided by members of the online team who are ready to offer their expertise.
Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s senior vice president of Retail + People, said, “We are proud to be expanding in India and want to do whatever we can to help our customers and their communities.”
“We know that our users rely on technology to stay linked, engage in learning, and tap into their imagination, and at this important time, we are offering our customers the very best of Apple by taking the Apple Store online to India.”
The online Apple Store is the most convenient way to shop for Apple items, with Apple Experts available online to assist with everything from custom configuring every Mac to setting up new computers. Customers, both in English and Hindi, can get tips, get the guidance, and hear directly from Apple about new products.

The Apple Store online provides a variety of affordability choices with financing options and an available trade-in program. Students can purchase special priced Mac or iPads, and earn discounts on accessories and AppleCare+. In October, customers can expect free Today online at Apple sessions based on photography and music, led by local Creative Pros.
The signature gift wrap and customized engraving will be available for selected items just in time for the festive season. For AirPods, emoji or text engraving will be available in English, Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Tamil, and Telugu, and for iPad and Apple Pencil, English engraving will be available.
All orders from the online Apple Store will be delivered with contactless delivery for the wellbeing and well-being of Apple’s teams, clients, and communities. Orders that do not need a signature will be left at the customer’s entrance, and instead of a written signature, those that do will only need verbal approval from a safe distance.
