Is FAU-G the same as PUBG?
FAU-G announcement came in the month of September 2020 when PUBG mobile was banned in India. Earlier people believed that it’s totally based on the concept of PUBG but the makers denied it. PUBG was played on a battle royal mode. On the other hand, FAU-G is totally an action game based Indian Army’s fighting stories against the enemies.
Since the first episode of the FAU-G is totally dedicated to the Galwan Valley conflict, it is expected that the game will bring more inspirational stories of the Indian Army.
From the beginning, The makers of FAU-G are banking on the Government of India’s initiatives like ‘Make in India’, ‘Atamnirbhar Bharat’, and ‘Vocal for Local’.
Competitor of FAU-G
Without a doubt, PUBG mobile India will be the main competitor of FAU-G. Relaunch news of PUBG mobile India is circulating through different media portals for the last few months. PUBG mobile team has distanced itself from China-based Gaming Company Tencent. The team has also promised about the data security of Indian users. Under the data security initiative, PUBG India has signed an agreement with Microsoft for Azure Cloud Computing service. They are waiting for the Government’s approval to relaunch. It is expected that the PUBG mobile relaunch may take place at the end of the first quarter of 2020.
Once PUBG relaunches, then it will be interesting to see how it will compete with FAU-G to regain its old user base.
