Organic Harvest, an organic beauty and personal care business, has been acquired by Good Glamm Group, South Asia’s largest content-to-commerce conglomerate. The transaction’s value was not disclosed by the firms. Good Glamm would invest an additional Rs 75 crore in the brand’s expansion. This is Good Glamm Group’s first venture into the organic BPC (beauty and personal care) area.
Organic Harvest, which was founded in 2013 by Rahul Agarwal and is recognized by the organic certification organisation Ecocert, will continue to operate as a separate company. Over the years, the firm has served over 2 million consumers in India’s 10,000 pin codes. Organic Harvest’s founder and CEO, Rahul Agarwal will work closely with Darpan Sanghvi, Priyanka Gill and Naiyya Saggi, co-founders of Good Glamm Group along with Sukhleen Aneja, CEO, Beauty and FMCG Brands, The Good Glamm Group, to grow Organic Harvest’s presence in India and worldwide.
“We are incredibly excited to leverage the Good Glamm Group’s digital reach and content assets to allow millions of consumers in India to discover the amazing Organic Harvest brand and products,” said Darpan Sanghvi, group founder and CEO, Good Glamm Group.
The owners of the Good Glamm Group and Organic Harvest collaborated because they had a goal of using content-to-commerce to massively increase the Organic BPC sector. Organic Harvest has primarily been an offline business.

Organic Harvest will now be able to tap into the Good Glamm Group’s vast digital audience, which includes 88 million POPxo annual users, 100 million ScoopWhoop users, Baby Chakra’s 20 million mothers community, 10,000 doctors network, and 1.5 million Good Creator Co influencers.
When paired with the Good Glamm Group’s 50,000 offline points of sale spread across 150 cities, the Good Glamm Group’s brands achieve unmatched omnichannel scale. The Group’s unmatched expertise in DTC growth, new product development and technology, as well as data science, adds to this.
“For us, it was always about taking the concept of Organic personal care products to the substantial mass population of India and across the globe,” said Rahul Agarwal, CEO, Organic Harvest. “With this partnership, our aspiration to become the world’s largest organic personal care company seems to be easily achievable.”
Organic Harvest will have access to data-driven insights into what consumers want from the group’s content platforms, as well as a strategic approach to influencer marketing with Good Creator Co.’s comprehensive suite of influencer marketing services and solutions. To build meaningful campaigns with measurable ROI, these are backed by data, technology, and influencer and content skills. These campaigns will be integrated into Organic Harvest’s product development engine, which will speed up the development, launch, and marketing of skin and personal care products.
Due to the commerce stack that Good Glamm Group has built and scale; Organic Harvest will be able to leapfrog its D2C capabilities by launching products both online and offline across the nation.
