What makes a place great to work?
Think for a moment- What would make you feel most excited to get to work in the morning, and most loyal to your employer. The sort of company you would have in mind would:
- Willing to give all employees a stake in the company’s success
- Design work environments that are comfortable, safe and appealing to work in
- Define specific and clear expectations for what success looks like
- Create policies that encourage employees.
- Stand for something beyond simply increasing profits
And many such points that would make a place great to work at.
