With call drops and hiccups being a huge problem, Reliance Jio has launched what could be the solution to the same. The company has launched Group Talk, which is an app that facilitates group voice calls with up to 10 people. This app requires a Jio phone number for someone to log in and use it. Moreover, even though it mainly supports voice calls, there are rumors that it may also support video calls in the future. This app is currently available in beta mode on Android. Experts think that the commercial version of this app will launch soon.
When users download the app from the Play Store, they need to enter their Jio numbers to log in. They will then receive an OTP on their cell phones, which they must use to complete the login. Once the app launches, users can select any of their friends who are also on the app and make calls through it. As stated earlier, this is a group calls app and can support up to ten callers on one call. In order to do so, users have to create a separate group first and then perform the call on it.
Reliance Jio has been rolling out hits and we expect this one to be great too!
