1. Snapchat –
A social media platform that allowed us to interact with crazy emojis, play games with our friends with emojis as our characters. To look at a broader level, it’s just a social media platform but when looked at a microscopic view, we come to know that there are a plethora of other features the app Is offering which makes Snapchat exciting and worth trying it once.
Let’s not forget about its crazy filters that come as an add-on benefit. Although TikTok is said to eat Snapchat’s market share and userbase, no wonder it grabs the 1st place in the list of innovative companies globally.
Snap’s messaging and one-to-one communication protects user privacy. The social media protects what content is published for public consumption and long ago set up a team of fact-checkers to ensure that material shared by users is true.

2. Microsoft –
Let’s not forget Microsoft for providing us with its Windows and what not so that computers can be our best of friends. Moreover, it’s messaging platform, Teams became the top workplace messaging app last year. Slack was nowhere near the success of Teams!
By January, the messaging app crossed 20 million users with 91% of it coming from the US’s 100 largest companies.
Another great thing about Microsoft is that our Indian friend, Satya Nadella is leading the company from the font. Recently, it was a pleasure to witness 2 Indian giants, Mukesh Ambani and Saya Nadella himself both discussing the future of technology.
3. Tesla –
Definitely, undoubtedly and necessarily! Tesla deserves to be on the list of 5 innovative companies globally. With Elon Musk leading the company, his crazy visions and plans are what makes Tesla stand apart from other carmakers in the world.
Recently the carmaker rolled out its 1 millionth electric car, making Tesla the only company to do that. Then amid a number of criticisms coming from experienced analysts, the stock value of Tesla made the company decade’s best-performing auto manufacturing company.
4. Big Hit Entertainment –
Seoul-based music management and production company that represents BTS and other artists. Seoul’s Olympic Stadium was packed during pop band BTS’s 3 sold-out shows last October.
Launched in June last year, the apps are part of Big Hit’s plan to build a one-stop service within the music industry says Lanzo Yoon – co-CEO. The app comments that there are some 1.4 million daily users.
5. HackerOne –
It’s not easy to be a tech-enabled company and still be one of the top 5 innovative companies globally. HackerOne is a platform that connects businesses with penetration testers and cybersecurity researchers.
It was one of the first companies along with Synack and Bugcrowd to use crowd-sourced security and cybersecurity researchers as linchpins of its business models. HackerOne connects businesses and government agencies with a network of 600,000 hackers who tests systems in exchange for payment and clout.
Although the tech industry being highly volatile and competitive, HackerOne is one of its kind. Which is why it reserves a spot on the most innovative companies globally.
