The youth of Bharat need an opportunity, knowledge, and a genuine mentorship in life to succeed other than talent and hard work. Some are fortunate to get these things in school, college, or the family but the majority are still deprived of these resources. BizGurukul took birth with a challenge to make the finest skill-based education affordable and accessible in every Indian Household.

Whether you are a student, a fresher, a homemaker, or a working professional, this organization is striving to make you skilled and gain financial freedom. This team is working on a simple mission of helping you to make these dreams a reality through its outstanding learning ecosystem.

A Trigger that led to a New Beginning

2020 was an unanticipated year. The pandemic brought a health crisis, millions of layoffs, and a global economic breakdown. Most people lost their financial stability and many businesses couldn’t survive. Besides losing loved ones, people were losing hope for a better future.

Amidst this unfortunate situation, some people fixated themselves on solutions and not counted problems or played blame games. Ritwiz Tiwari didn’t want to sit idle, he took a challenge to convert this situation into an opportunity to become an online entrepreneur and guide people to become entrepreneurs themselves during these tough times.

Being experimental by nature, he put his hands into many business potholes and also surrounded himself with many start-up owners and marketers. Having worked as an affiliate marketer himself for more than a year with international brands, he knew how complex the process is. Later he found there were no brands in India that could simplify these procedures for people. Understanding the importance of starting early, he wanted to create a platform for the young generation of our country.

No big venture can start alone. A strong team with the same mission is the backbone of any successful business. Therefore, he joined hands with two other talented and enthusiastic individuals, Rohit Sharma (co-founder and COO) who is a phenomenal public speaker by passion and holds and experience in sales & marketing for a decade, and Keshave Lal (Business Mentor and Leadership Advisor) who is a mentor figure to Rohit and Ritwiz and many other successful entrepreneurs, brings an unconventional leadership and stability to the organization.

It is rightly said, if the right people come together, there is nothing unachievable. Bizgurukul is an example of coming right minds together, at the right place and at the right time.

Ritwiz Said:

“Most of the people in our country are unaware of the potential of digital skills and online entrepreneurship. And those who are aware never wanted to get themselves entangled in the complex course of starting a business online. So, why not build an ecosystem that can meet both these requirements. BizGurukul was launched to make things simpler.”

A Treasure-House for Ambitious Individuals

As Bizgurukul continued its journey, it attracted many ambitious people (mostly youngsters) who wanted to create their own destiny. This was possible because it was one of the rarest platforms in India, which emphasized skill development and financial freedom. Most of the people just talk about these issues, this trio came forward to bring a solution for all.

The co-founder, Rohit, expressed that, instead of solely depending on the education system and job market for employment, students and graduates should learn various on-demand digital skills and aim to be entrepreneurs. This is an information age, where people earn for their skill set and execution not for the theories they learned in schools or degrees from colleges unless IIMs or IITs.

Rohit further added:

“Through BizGurukul, we are providing online courses on digital skills which can help people make money online. That’s not all, BizGurukul is also providing the platform, training, guidance, and support to earn money through affiliate marketing.”

The students and founders are all proud as the founders reveal how BizGurukul has become an excellent working platform for homemakers, working professionals, professors, doctors, and lawyers. In just one year, BizGurukul has transformed over 30,000 lives through its unique learning ecosystem.

The Market Is Booming

The prediction of the increasing market size of EdTech by 10x in the next 5 years is not much surprising seeing its current growth chart. The industry was already clocking a healthy double-digit, year-on-year growth before 2020 but suddenly got a massive boost with the inflow of investments and the quickly increasing size of players in the market. In India, there are over 4300 active EdTech platforms, Bizgurukul with its unique selling point of personal mentorship is grabbing the attention in the market. Crossing a user base of 30,000 in just one year is not a cakewalk.

Also, through their affiliate program, Bizgurukul has already disbursed a commission of 7.5 crores to associated and trained them to start their own online business as well. Focusing on youth from the age group of 16-35 majorly, their audience consists of 500 million internet users in the country which is undoubtedly a great market, to begin with. The workforce of 20 passionate people is set to become 50 in the next six months.

Keshave, leadership advisor Bizgurukul said:

“Our dream is to touch lives of millions and give them a source where education meets practical living. Our personal training clears the ‘WHY’ of an individual and our education platform gives the ‘HOW’. We aspired to bring planning, platform, and execution in a single plate for our users. Our objective is to make the process simple and our education effective.”

A Vision to Touch Many Lives

BizGurukul is currently showing its magic in metro cities and tier 2 cities. And the entire team is all pumped up to spread it across tier 3 cities soon.

Ritwiz said:

“We aim to build India future-ready. Our scenario represents there are going to be two different eras in the world, Pre-Covid, and Post-Covid. Ignorance of digital emergence can take us way behind time. BizGurukul is our contribution towards a better tomorrow.”

In today’s time, even a family of three has a minimum of four gadgets at their home whether mobile phones or laptops, however, the internet is mainly used for entertainment, BizGurukul has a unique vision. They want every household of our Nation to have at least one online income source using just a smartphone and internet facility.

Not only that but also to make every Indian future-ready by up-scaling their skills for the market demand today. We were not surprised when they shared a target of educating 1 million students by 2025. Their current efforts and prepared mindset tell the future story. The ‘clarity in mind and commitment in work’ is the only mantra they follow.

The last year has been a great success for BizGurukul, we wish the entire team all the best for their future endeavors and hope they create the Bharat of their dreams soon.
