Is it the end of the Samsung Era?
Since 2004 Samsung has been rolling out its smartphones in the country. Throughout their journey, the company faced competition as well as gave tough competition to conglomerates like Apple, Nokia, Motorolla, Vivo, OPPO.
But last year, the company was hit badly by the blow of BBK Electronics Group which represents top-grossing smartphones like OnePlus, RealMe, OPPO, Vivo.
Samsung slips at 3rd position trapped in between BBK Group’s Vivo smartphones at 2nd spot and OPPO 4th spot.
Samsung did try to beat the competition by introducing local features in some of its smartphones and lowering prices overall. But it didn’t work out well for the company.
The world of technology is ever-changing. A slight change in tech end comes with launching a new smartphone (in some cases a whole new smartphone brand).
Only those brands are said to occupy market share in India which has a knack to constantly evolve and create hype. BBK Group having understood this is now dominating the Indian smartphone market.
